FAQs — Working With Loren
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel internationally?
Absolutely. Loren frequently travels across the U.S. and abroad for keynote presentations, workshops, and retreats. His team manages all logistics—including flights, visas, and on-site technical coordination—to ensure seamless delivery no matter the country or venue.
Whether your event is in London, Dubai, or Sydney, Loren brings the same energy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity to every stage.
How do deposits and scheduling work?
To secure your date, a 50% deposit and signed agreement are required. Once your event is confirmed, that date is exclusively reserved for you.
The remaining balance is due 7–10 days before the event.
Our team provides a clear booking timeline and handles coordination for travel, AV needs, and final rehearsal.
Early bookings are encouraged, especially during peak conference seasons (spring and fall).
What’s your reschedule policy?
We understand that unexpected changes happen.
If your event must be rescheduled, your deposit can be applied toward a new date within 12 months, pending availability.
If full cancellation is required within 30 days of the event, a partial service fee may apply to cover pre-event preparation or non-refundable travel costs.
Every agreement clearly outlines this policy so you can plan with confidence.
Do you offer nonprofit or education rates?
Yes. Loren is passionate about serving mission-driven organizations, schools, and universities.
We offer special rates for nonprofits, educational institutions, and community events based on location, audience size, and purpose.
When submitting your booking inquiry, simply include your organization details, and our team will tailor a proposal that aligns with your goals and budget.
Are accessibility accommodations available for events?
Absolutely. Inclusivity is central to Loren’s approach.
We collaborate with event teams to ensure full accessibility—whether that means providing ASL interpreters, wheelchair access, captioning, or sensory accommodations.
If you have any accessibility concerns, let our team know early so we can help you create a welcoming environment for every attendee.
