This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Home for coaching, speaking, online courses, programs, and digital products offered by LMH, operating as Home .

Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, access to online courses, digital downloads, and similar products is typically granted immediately after purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in specific offer terms, all sales of digital products and online courses are generally final and non-refundable once access is provided.
• If a separate guarantee or refund period applies to a specific offer (e.g., a 7- or 14-day money-back guarantee), the terms of that offer will be clearly stated on the sales page or at checkout and will govern that purchase.

Coaching Sessions and Programs

For one-on-one or group coaching:
• Cancellations or rescheduling usually require at least 24–48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
• Sessions canceled with insufficient notice may be forfeited or subject to a fee, as specified in your coaching agreement or program terms.
• Coaching packages or programs may be non-refundable once the first session has been used or materials have been accessed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Live Events and Workshops (Online)

If we offer live online events, webinars, or workshops:
• Refund eligibility, if any, and deadlines will be specified on the event registration page or in related terms.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will aim to provide an alternative date or a reasonable substitute option.

Speaking Engagements

For speaking engagements arranged by separate contract:
• Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the specific written agreement between LMH, operating as Home , and the client or organization and may override this general policy.

How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or credit under the terms of your purchase:

• We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approval of any refund is at our discretion and in accordance with the applicable terms.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our Services and may be pursued as a breach of this Policy.
