Hello again everyone! Before we even begin to get into today’s subject matter, I would encourage each of you to return to the title of this piece and truly take a good long look! My purpose in this request is to ensure that we all are on the same page as we begin to explore within the topic of how exactly it is a Lifetime of Forever is even possible.
At first glance the terms ‘Lifetime’ and ‘Forever’ would seem an impossible combination, and I get that…however; I am here to tell you a Lifetime of Forever is indeed possible. In fact, it is in my opinion, the true basis for purpose.
Proof of this theory, this “hard to wrap your mind around” opportunity is provided in many forms, if only we seek to see and then understand it. Let’s take a historical look first, shall we? The first place we see proof of the possibility that an individual life or lifetime has the potential to last forever is in the remains we today consider relics, fossils, and all things ancient.
From the carbon dating of findings from millions of years ago, to such irrefutable proof such as Hieroglyphics and ancient writings preserved in scrolls and the such, we are guided to believe that true purpose lives on long after the vessel or messenger of these findings has transitioned to whatever is next.
When I find myself marveling at some new discovery of something that was created or lived as far back as the mind can conceive, I can not help but stand in utter awe and respect for this example of how purpose allows proof that a ‘forever’ most certainly does exist.
So how do these examples aid in assisting each of us in the creation of our own unique Lifetime of Forever? Well, for one thing…we no longer can simply dismiss the fact that it is indeed possible for certain things within life to live on long after we have departed this world.
Interesting also, is how when these examples of forever are discovered they are instantly considered to be rare and priceless, simply due to the verifiable date of their origin within our world. These examples now become artifacts of learning and inspiration, but what did they actually stand for or represent when they were new and readily available for the world to learn and be inspired by?
We most likely will never know for certain how any of these examples were viewed in those times when they entered into existence…how could we? But what we can ascertain is that all things of purpose continue living within their mission of purpose long after the messenger has ceased to exist among the living.
Today, as impactors of change within a world wherein many examples of positive evolving are simply overlooked or discounted at best, it can be difficult even seemingly impossible to truly consider that we can provide a legacy that will one day qualify for a lifetime of forever. Nonetheless, we must still pour ourselves into each possibility/opportunity that purpose presents us.
Our stories are a prime and readily available portal for each of us to create our own unique lifetime of forever. We are told from early in life that our stories will always be greater than we are, and I believe this to be true.
When writing our stories; each word, each line, each paragraph, each page, and each chapter…MUST be written from only those truths we have each experienced, for truth is the only thing within the universe that will never change and will never change on us, this understanding is the toll booth wherein we gain access to the road which leads to everything lasting.
The Universe dictates that we do not needlessly embellish, nor conveniently omit any portion of those truths that we have been selected to live through. It is the going and then growing through each challenge, each test, wherein we develop those character traits that will ultimately seal our place within history. The moment we have passed any test, we are then and only then promoted to the most revered position within the universe, that position of honor…the position of being an authority.
Once we have evolved into becoming an authority on any subject, we now have the honor of becoming the teacher who previously was the student…we now must show others what we know as our truth.
The formula which yields a legacy of forever is simple when we really think about it and then live accordingly: (1) We go through things in order to grow (2) We come out the other side and now we know things (3) We then feel a universal sense of urgency which compels us to show others how we have come to our place of knowingness.
When we follow this formula for legacy on a full-time basis, we begin to evolve in ways that only purpose can provide. I encourage each of us to commit this recipe to memory, allow it to become a component of our spiritual DNA! Do this and we like so many before us WILL one day have lived and provided for those to come…a Lifetime of Forever! Be blessed, and become the blessing. See you next month…Loren
